Laurence has extensive experience both leading and working as part of a camera teams on numerous travel and adventure documentaries, as well as interview and recon based programs all around the world. He was a pioneer in the drone cinematography movement and was ahead of the curve building professional grade camera drones for International TV productions from as early as 2013. Since then he has expanded into DOP work, and his reputation for going above and beyond in extremely challenging and uncomfortable environments has made him the preferred choice on shoots to some of the farthest corners of the globe. He has a breadth of experience on obs doc, natural history, fixed rig and scripted shows. He is comfortable filming in extreme environments on a wide variety of camera systems including Red, Sony, Canon, and Black Magic. A very experienced and confident drone operator, lighting camera man, underwater housing, and minicam operator. But his overarching passion is still where it all began, in aerial cinematography
